Every 10 years, the U.S. Census Bureau is responsible for conducting the nationwide census.      

The Census counts everyone in the United States.  Census results are the basis for congressional representation  and help determine how more than $675 billion in federal funds is distributed each year to support vital programs.  These funds shape local health care, housing, education, transportation, employment, and public policy. 

Responding to the 2020 Census is our civic duty and affects the allocation of funding for our community's public resources, how we plan for the future, and our voice in government.
